The End of Day Two

Well, the day has ended. I just finished a baked potato with some stolen chip dip. It was good... now I still have to get some more food in. Getting ready to watch Wife Swap.

The day went well. There was one time when I did eat three pieces of Chex Mix... just to get the taste. I know I can't quit things cold turkey. These are choices I have to make, not a prison I have to live in.

So I will be going to work out with Mom on Friday morning, and possibly again on Saturday.

So that is the day for today. Day two, good night and good bye.
